Multi Room Systems was created by the company owners, Garry Pearson & Karen Tuffy, after coming across the Sonos multi-room music system by chance in 2007. Their company JT Wireless Ltd provided expertise and installation services for wireless networks and the provision of wireless internet connectivity.

Sonos™ Desktop Controller Software - Included With Zoneplayers
The Sonos Desktop Controller lets you control all your music and all your rooms from any desktop or laptop computer in your house. The Desktop Controller software for PC and Mac is included with every ZonePlayer so you can turn any…or all of your computers into multi-room music Controllers. And the software also guides you through setup and music sharing. The Desktop Controller offers all the same functionality as the handheld Controller with a user interface designed to take advantage of your computer’s bigger screen and keyboard. Find and play music from your personal music collection, Internet radio and the most popular online music services. Use search to find your favorites, and quickly link and unlink zones to play the same song in every room or different songs in different rooms. Plus, you can use the Desktop Controller to add new Internet radio stations with ease.
The Sonos™
CR200 Controller, released 28th July 2009, gives you instant access to all your music and all your rooms via its touchscreen colour screen. You can turn off the upstairs music from downstairs or change the song in the kitchen from the study. That’s because every Controller works wirelessly — no aiming required. And you can have as many Controllers as you wish. With the Controller in hand, you can choose a song or change it, use search to find your favourites, and quickly link and unlink zones to play the same song in every room or different songs in different rooms.

That’s why you can put ZonePlayers in absolutely any room where you want music — either connected directly to speakers or to your home cinema and stereo system. With Sonos™ no room is off-limits and you can add music to practically any number of rooms: the bedroom, the back garden, even the bathroom.
ZonePlayers are wireless music players that distribute and play all the music you want, all over your house. ZonePlayers can go in absolutely any room where you want music — either connected to speakers or to your existing audio equipment.
