Soundcast 'Outcast' and 'iCast' Transmitter Bundle. The Outcast is the ultimate outdoor wireless speaker solution, on its own or when bundled with the Sonos ZP90 zoneplayer for Sonos outdoors and Sonos music in the garden - the iCast line in connects to the Sonos ZP90. Included in this bundle is the iCast transmitter with its built-in iPod dock that transmits audio to a Soundcast receiver, in this case the Outcast wireless outdoor speaker. It transmits audio up to 100m outdoors or 45m indoors. The iCast also has a line-input so any source can be connected that has a twin RCA / line / headphone output. When an iPod is docked, the controls on the receiving equipment, such as an Outcast or Outcast Junior, can be used to control the iPod. The iCast can also transmit to two Soundcast receivers simultaneously.
